No. Newly rebuilt block only ever had one filter since the rebuild, other the other ones we have tried.
We have tried 3/4 filters... all the same results.
Ok nipple jokes aside........ We have a 57 Ford in the shop that has a 460. The issue is you can only get about a half a turn on the oil filter....
