I started building hot rods in my parent's garage when I was in my teens. I built my first hot rod, a 1929 blown Ford roadster, in 1959 and did all of the work myself (headers, intake manifolds, paint, etc.). I did 4 ground-up restorations after that one. Since then, I have collected various classic cars, motorcycles, trucks, military vehicles, etc.
