My dad is a retired auto painter, I have loved old cars and speed since i was a kid. I have raced many years in demo derbys, had a few nice cars in the past but i have just recently purchased 1953 truck to HOT ROD. Not to drastic just a daily driver initially and grow from there. My kids are pre-teen and with this project i would like my kids to feel the appreciation with old cars as i had, thus keep them away from the bad stuff in life and to keep that communication open longer and forever.As a family we attend many car shows and it seems the glimmer is alive in them.
