1940 Ford TuDor
1998 Chevy Camaro (last of the "F" bodies)
1995 Chevy S-10 Blazer
American Graffiti--Where were you in '62 ? I LIVED IT ! ! My senior year summer. My Father gave me a $200, 1940 Ford Two Door DeLuxe, as a graduation present. I had to have that '55 Chev two door post with a 265 / stick. Grey primer !
I told "the old man", I gotta sell the "old Ford". He said, "what have you gotta get for it?" I told him and he rolled the dough out. He said,"don't ever sell or hotrod that old Ford ! In storage since '64-'65, I now am bringing it out of a wharehouse here at work. I made piece with "the old man" before he passed away, and we agreed to "street rod" the '40.
NHRA Crew, Mod, Comp, T/F, then into boats. Offshore, antiques. Last one radared @ 87 MPH--21 ft. Checkmate with a 350 with a blower, & thru the transom PIPES ! !
Now that I'm bringing the '40 back to life, it shall have a later model "BLOWN FLATHEAD" with a C-4 automatic, all in a Semi-Gloss Black Urethane, with ghost flames.
Riding around in Luckfield's '40 Std. with a 5 grand RPM, hot flatty, in my high school years, never left me. The '40 is going to be a street piece. Trailers are for race cars, boats, and things that are BROKEN and need fixin' !Interact
