I was into cars from birth. I like every type of car, that is done right, except NASCAR and lifted turds with big wheels. In the early seventies , my pre teen years, a neighbor was in NorCal vans. Once a month he would have a meeting at his house, and I would be in kandy and pearl heaven. Seeing all the kustom painted vans effected my brain. Another guy around the block was a biker , and had a sportster that was in the GNRS . I started building models around this same time. My favorite cars to build were lowriders, kustoms, and trucks. In high school was into Volkswagen's, then I bought a 54 Desoto. Later I bought a 51 Pontiac fast back , then traded it for the chop on my 64 Riviera which I still have, and will hopefully be getting back on the road soon.
