The 4-door is a parts car for the coupe, as well as for usable floors.
Holy crap, this looks familiar! In my garage:
Just brought the A back from South Dakota yesterday. It's a 28 leatherback, really complete (rumble decklid is there, garnish mouldings, etc)....
hahaha
Most of it'll be up for sale soon. Gotta clear stuff out so we can work on something for once. It's like a 46-48 emporium around here.
Two trips to the Dakotas later, our "clear out the junk" initiative has backfired. Back yard's full! I think that this hobby will one day...
I am in the process of building my own frame for my '33 ford pickup. I'm using 2x3x.120 and so far its worked out great....
Thanks for the advice. I chose to use the '33 (I also have a '32) because I liked the more prominant firewall (rather then the recessed 32 one)....
Sorry, I missed your post, the HAMB is so active the threads just fly by! My dad is a '46 ford fanatic, he's got himself down to just two of them...
Crazy! Im living in Grand Blanc right now while I'm working with GM powertrain flint north. I live on GD Blanc Rd by Fenton (Heatherwood apts)...
Once we got the doors and windshield frame removed it only took a couple hours to buzz the top off and tac it back on.
Thanks, there is still a bit of work left to button it up and feather the windshield posts out, but at least its all together and looking good....
I had looked briefly at these motors, but I didnt know they made a 4bbl intake for them. The EFI intake comes out backwards.
Going to channel it over some homemade rails, make my own little box out back, Z the frame both front and rear (want it as low as possible)....
