merc maniac

30 years old my fist car was a 55 chevy,then a 72 comet,then a 66 galaxie,then a 68 f100 custom cab,then a 66 fairlane,67 jeep (very briefly) now a 51 merc. my dad owned a garage/filling station...remember those I can. I used to hang out there from the time i was three. He had a chevelle that he was always workin on and I got to sit in it and turn the key over when he needed it. I thought all engines looked like a chevy small block! So I got older,went to college. drove the 72 comet those four years after i wrecked my fairlane.that's where the 289 for the comet came from. Basicly it's been one project after another. I'm not independently wealthy so I work in auto parts to pay for my parts. discounted of course!!!
