This is my first foray into any sort of auto restoration. May have bit off more than I can chew, but I never had the foresight to hang onto the cars I owned in my youth, so this is probably my last chance. My dad had a 1933 Ford P/U street rod, when I was 10. Sold it when I was 12 and I can remember the tears rolling down my cheeks, when it rolled off down our street. In a way, if I can pull this off, it will be a tribute to Dad. He's 89, this year. Fighting Alzheimer's and will likely not still be around, if the SD gets finished, but I'm pretty determined to get it done with him in mind.

Obviously, will welcome all suggestions and advice folks who know what they're doing, can offer. Look forward to the learning experience! :) (My wife says, now I've bought this thing, I have to live long enough to finish it!!)
