Hello I’m Riley, and the Ford you see is the goose, It’s story is that there was a local man (name lost over the years) who bought the truck brand new in ‘39 at Becker Ford, in Springervill Arizona.My grandfather was determined to buy it from him in in 1970 and the man was reluctant to sell, saying “ you are a kid you just want to “hot rod it” and on a promise of keeping it original and 700 dollars later my grandfather was the second owner. The Ford was used on the family ranch to haul irrigation pipe and hay than in 1974 he had it restored from rusted gray to its original Ford blue with black fenders and a lot of bondo. Im proud to have it and be the second owner family
