been into hot rods and drag cars since 3 years old and dad started taking me to the drags in Oklahoma. I was Pit crew for him at age of 7, and helping build drag motors in the garage at 8, doing it all myself.
started drag racing myself in the stock classes with a 1963 Corvair 700 coupe 102hp/glide, 3.89 to 1 gears and right at my min weight. she sure was not the quickest but worked in my class very well. best time was in the 16.50's in the quarter mile. could run the entire 1/8 mile in low gear!
have always ran non traditional cars and engines. kinda on doing m,y life lone dream right now and drag racing the true KING of the FLATHEADS, HUDSON!
running one now and building another. you have to love what those engineers at Hudson gave us: 308 cubic inches of torque monster. these are a wonderful design of packaging, strength and weight savings, advancements and use of traditional design in one cool package.
right now trying to start my own company and not working for anybody but me.

    Signature

Hudson drag racer... where Torque is King, parts last for ever if you can keep the head on!
