Been a hot rod guy since the 50's after seeing a customized car for the first time in Buffalo, New york. Been hooked ever since that day. Used my school lunch money to buy the little custom car magazines.
Over the years I've owned hundreds of cars, mostly custom, a few street rods also but I always went back to customs. And yes I've owned a few custom Mercs. I had one chopped Merc for 18 years.
It's in my blood, I can't stand not owning a custom car, it drives me crazy until I get another, so now I have several so if I sell one I'll still feel safe and sleep well.
