    1939 Dodge D-11 project car; 2006 5.7 Hemi/trans, Kugle IFS, Ford 9", etc. Completion in 2009.
    #1 &2 sons have a 1970 Dodge Charger full house 440 bracket car & 3 old Dodge PU's (1940's)
Wife drives (aims) a 2003 PT Cruiser GT Turbo 5
    North County Cruisers
Started out on go carts as a kid (Bug Scorpion, 2 Mac 10's), then bikes (Husqvarna), then rods: 1935 Ford PU w/301" flathead; 1950 Ford business coupe w/312; 1950 Chevy business coupe w/327/4 spd; 1955 Chevy 4dr sedan w/265, 3-on-the-tree, Duntov 30-30, tri power, etc.; 1962 Pontiac Catalina HT 389 w/421 heads, tri power, 4spd.; 1968 GTO. Then got married and "responsible" and worked as a parts/service manager in imports (Honda, ALFA, Saab, Ferrari) until an opportunity to get un-married and go to Alaska came along. Spent 9 years in Nome, AK doing aviation, having kids (met a new wife), then returned to the lower 48 and did aviation for another 19+ years. Now retired and starting the '39 Dodge ("Jack" after the always 39-year-old Jack Benny) project. Have a 2006 5.7 engine/trans/ECU from a Magnum with <10K, custom chassis by Superior Glass Works in Molalla, OR w/Kugle front end, Ford 9” rear, disc’s all around Corvette MC under the floor, etc. Building this car as a cruiser as opposed to a sow car, so hope to have AC, good sound, etc. to make it a pleasure to drive as well as nice to look at!
