I've been involved in "hotrods" and streetrods Since I was 12 years old back in the 50's. I used to live across the street from "Wild Bill Flynn", the infamous "Yankee Peddler" wheel standing king of the north east. The first car he owned was a 40 Ford coupe with a Linclon flathead with a full race cam, 2 2 bbls and a set of shaved heads and 3 on the floor. Since then, I've been hooked. Hotrods that I've owned are: 50 Merc Convert, 23 T, 49 Chevy P/U, 46 Dodge P/U, 34 Olds 4 dr sdn (which I'm still trying to find again), 56 Chevy w/348 & a 4 spd muncie, 66 Chrysler 300 2 dr ht w/ 383 HP cross ram dual quads, 66 Chev Impala convert w/327 4 spd and a couple of custom bikes. My latest is a 31 Model A Tudor 350, 40 over 10.5:1 pistons, tunnel ram w/2 450 Holleys, and a Comp cam.
