Military family-traveled the globe as a little kid-saw, and remembered ALL kinds of cars-lived in the South in the '60s-hi-test fuel in my veins-moved to Europe in late '60s-got into the whole '30s-'40s streamlined, Bakelite and aluminum, Autobahn look. Old Volvos were as close as we could get to U.S. rides, plus $6.00+ a gallon means you get into 4 bangers, period!! So, at some level, U.S. cars ARE the foreign cars to me!!
Plus, I'm the kind of person who loves to see unusual cars turned into street rods (Nashes, old trucks, weird military vehicles, etc.) Does anyone know what a Volvo Type 21 Sugga is? Look it up, I have one!!
