Some rusted pieces just have to be fabricated. No; I'm not the best welder in the world, so, there's some warping to deal with on outer panel.

Left side; after cutting out the rocker, cab corner, lower cowl panels, and started welding in the new stuff. The frame I'm using is considerably wider than stock, so, I modified the "cab to frame" opening, and squared off for better clearance.

The previous owner started to patch the floors, but gave it up.

the frame rises 3" more than the '52 frame, so, I'll need to do some fabricating... might raise the bed floor 3"- not sure at this point
