It started young... unlike others who had a playpen and a blanky to keep 'em warm as a tike,mine was the floor boards of a gmc 6100 as it hummed along the hiways from S.Dakota to Canada folowing a train o' combines.Dad rolled in a '49 Merc,mom rolled in a 57 Olds Rocket 88 and gas has been running in my veins ever since. Rebuilt my 1st Rochester at the knees of my Papa at 7 ,bought my first "hot rod" from my Nana at 15 , a '71 Olds Cutlass that I used to terrorize all the chevy and fords I could find.Still have it's warmed over heart sitting in my garage waiting for the right donee.
