I am Sam Dobbins. I am a 1988 model, raised from birth around hotrods and muscle cars, despite being distracted in my formidable years by European automobiles, particularly of the Volkswagen and Audi variety.

I've developed a career over the past 6 years or so as a professional photographer, working regularly with magazines such as Performance VW and Performance BMW (printed in the UK) where I've had a couple scores of features published, some on cover, and some that I've also written, although I don't consider myself to be a writer (given this run-on sentence, and all).

In 2011 I teamed up with a veteran automotive photographer from WV named Anna Taylor, and we founded a company called More Than More, that's turned into a brand based around automotive photography. We are both gearheads at heart, and both desperately want to find ourselves as buried in the hotrod community as we've become in the VW community, because—so long as you don't tell anyone else—we generally like the cars, people, events, and overall culture of the hotrod community way more.. than more.
