My much older Brother Rick was a Hot Rod fan and gave me a bunch of his old Car Craft and Hot Rod magazines in 1969 when I was 7 years old and stuck in hospital for 6 months. It improved my reading ability, but turned me into a Hot Rodder for life! Other kids had sports stars as their heroes, but my hero was Ed Roth. I have been involved in the industry now for 32 years and I am the Australian distributor for Speedway Motors.
