I worked as a zone mgr for a farm implement company for many years before retiring. I enjoy all things mechanical, and especially enjoy tinkering around and trying unique solutions to problems. The first car I owned was a '66 Ford Fairlane 427 "R" code, which I got by taking over payments from the original owner. I drove it for 3 years, put on 30,000 miles, then foolishly sold it. Now that I'm retired I want another high performance vehicle, but this one to be built by me, to my ideas and specifications. Hence the current project truck.
