A life time of being car crazy,I started driving in fields when I was 12, and started trying to build hot rods when I was 15,my first hot rod was a 39 Chevy coupe, I later moved on to all kind of hot cars,muscle cars & 4X4 trucks.
I started out street raceing,tried out dirt track racing for one year (not for me),then went to drag raceing,then to 4x4 truck pulls.
After raising our kids I went back to my true love,HOT RODS ,I built a T-bucket that my wife and me drove over 4000 mi. a year, never having a top on it,then I started building our 31 coupe,I sold the T a few months before puting the coupe on the road,I still drag race sometimes. I try to do mostt of the work on my cars & try to build them the way I would have in the 60's if I would have had the money they are not flashey but simple, fast, and safe. We are now having the time of our lives.. 2013 update: We are now retired & live in Az., I help out at a local street rod shop part time and drive my hot rod as much as I want.
