As a teen I wanted to build a fat fender-ed hot-rod. I found a guy that painted flames got a job at his service station (two bays and plate glass windows and all. My then boss and mentor taught me all the skills I needed working late into the wee hours of the morning on a Chopped 57 Desoto and 1937 Ford Hearse which became a sedan delivery. I love home built cars.

The likes of Joey , Jimmy and "The Jersey Torch" rotted my brains.
