Over all the years of drinking and moving from job to job, the old stuff was easier to buy and fix. Growing up with the greasers and artists pointed me towards a trade in the US NAVY- Aviation Mechanic. Couldn't get enough power since, and the old stuff just looks cool! Plus, it's fun to do creative repairs with metal, ala Mc Guyver, if need be. I've been sober since Dec. 4, 2006 and the things I can still do, (I'm a 43 yr. old disabled Gulf-War veteran) keep me that way.
