Fell in love with drag racing 15 years ago after sneaking through the fence at shakespeare county raceway, saw the outlaw anglia's pounding the strip and knew instantly that was the car I wanted !
A few years later after attending the British Motorshow, I was informed I had won a brand new Ford Ka (yuk!) which I kept for 6 months and then sold to fund the purchase of my pop
Bought the pop 10 tears ago, an instant rebuild and respray was done to make it mine, and eventually the addition of nitrous made it run consistant mid 13's on the track - great for a car I could comfortably drive to the shops too !
Sadly in 2007 our garage was caught in the awfull July floods that hit, and unfortunately we were away at Santa Pod, so nothing could be done to rescue the pop from its impending death. Two days spent under eight feet of filth river water contributed to his demise.
After battles with the insurance I managed to keep him, and am currently collecting loads of cool stuff for the rebuild.
