hey I see I'm supposed to post an intro here so here goes... My name's Jeff, I've got a '54 Mainline that I bought slightly customized (poorly) by the previous owner. It had the 223 straight 6 with 3 on the column. I went to wyotech a few years ago and fully rebuilt a 1968 302 sbf for it and mated it to a t-5 trans out of an '88 mustang. I did the installation in cl*** while I was in cl***. Unfotunately I moved 600 miles away from home to va (orig. from ny) so the car is at my parents house since I don't have a garage down here. progress has been slow but my dad has been helping to get it running while im away. Someday (likely years from now lol) I'll have it in running condition. so at the moment its not in great shape but its got a sweet motor and trans! haha its pretty solid too, barely any significant rust. Anyways thats my story. If you'd like to see pics search my username, I made a pic thread after I put the motor in.
