OMG,hard to figure out what part to buy first!!!! Is any of it forsale? If so you tripped over the pot of gold!
All for sale and the guy is ready to deal. I am going back in a week or so to dig some more. Was to much to try and look at in one day.
Brought a few pieces home but didnt have my trailer w/ me the first trip. Still hoping to find the top half of a drivers door to fix an old bad chop on my 34 p/u in one of those piles......LOL
Cool.......old boneyards are the best. They are like chasing gold on a map with a big "X" on it. You have to drive around all day trying to find the place, but once you find it, you are on your cell phone telling someone guess what I am looking at. Chris Nelson Kansas
So are you gonna tell us where it is or keep it all to yourself? It's not that old place up by Langston is it? I used to go by there drooling when I was a wet behind the ears kid. I heard he had crushed everything when Ok started that ***les for everything in the yard **** 15 or so years ago. T.OUT
No, its not the old graveyard by Langston that had all the 55-56-57's in it. That guy had all of those cars buried in the yard because he was tired of people stealing parts from them. The guy he hired to bury them offered to buy them but the guy would even discuss selling any of them, Just bury them.
Wow, It is good to see that they aren't all gone. What about 50s stuff other than the wagon? Everything in my area got crushed in the last couple of years. As soon as the price of steel went up the cars were sold. I've been told that there are buyers going around looking for the yards. They brought in the crushers in a couple of places and made short work of hundreds of cars in a week or so.
Is this part of the yard near Dalton (Stillwater) ? I don't think so; that one didn't have many T parts. That looks like a great yard; keep us posted. I bet you can make $$$ from HAMBrs alone ! Lots of good stuff in those pics.
WOW!!!!!! Look's like you found the mother load. Take plenty of photo's when you go back, so we can all watch in envy we dont close to you. CBB
I noticed all you oklahoma guys usualy keep quiet about all the old tin. You messed up brother you let the secret out. I drove around lower OK and found at least 6 yards filled with ****. Most of the owners said they didnt want to sell anything its beyond me sometimes.
So are you gonna tell us where this yard is, or am I gonna hafta have the Guido Brothers pay you a visit? Us Okies gotta stick together...
