Had a look at this '30 A coupe a couple of days ago...in much rougher condition the the pic's indicate. Everything needs work...body / fenders, trunk floor, interior, missing / broken parts, etc.

I'll be checking back to see if the price has gotten more reaonable...

  2. Looks pretty good to me, looks like it is all there. I take it for the right price. What is the asking price?

If you are unhappy with the condition of that car, he must be asking a fuckload of money for it,and you must be damn choosy...Im guessing he wants mid teens ,right?if its less than ten you are passing a good buy i reckon.

The car isn't bad...just priced $2500. to $3000. more than it's worth in this part of the world...I'll get back with the seller.

Dude, did you bump your head? I'd probably rip my pants trying to get the money out of my pocket before he could change his mind. That looks like a complete steal.

You guys are reading it wrong. He is using periods in an odd way, but it appears that he means it is overpriced by that amount, not priced at that amount. Notice there is a period after both dollar values, not just after the second one.

He said it is $2500 to $3000 MORE than it is worth. Not $2500 or $3000 cash and carry. I'm wondering if some of you misread.
