He is doing a 460 C-6 swap I think someone else has been there as 54 Mainline needs some help with the mounts, Crites has the swap kit listed for a 55-56 with 460 &C6 for $239 a '54 has the same suspension and frame as a 55-56 so I can't see why it would not work,give them a call.
Makes me feel all warm in fuzzy to be around other late shoebox owners! or atleast I like to think we drive "Late Shoeboxes" lol Just took alook at those mounts, don't see any reason why they won't work! its almost the same front end. Gonna give them a call next week. Im ready to ride this fall!

Hi from Montana. I had a 390 in one way back when. I remember removing the inner fenders and taking the exhaust out over the frame. Might do it different today though.
Welcome 54Hotrod to the group,I also have a '54 Customline I checked out your album pics, Looks Good! I can't tell from the pics,is the roof satin white? My '54 is baby blue and I am thinking of white satin for the roof as it may hide a few imperfections that my 64 year old eyes may have missed.
