Welcome, if you need help with anything this is the place to be. I've used the knowledge of these guys since almost day one and they have not failed to be the most knowledgable and enthusiastic people you could come in contact with.

Hey man, low and slow is the way to go! (its easier then low and fast, cheaper too!). The way I upload pictures is through my Photobucket account. Its pretty straight forward, just start an account there and copy the [IMG].

So far we have not had anyone complain about spelling here, I think that it is rude to do so as we are car guys here, not english professors, I hope I never see that kind of **** on this board like on the main board.I commend all you members for the respect you show others here in our group, there is probably a few of us that got C's in English and A's in auto shop "back in the day".

Jeff I got D's in school ! I never say much about spelling either . I just take that stuff for granite ! More things to worry about than spelling anyway !
My spelling really ****s bad but I installed the spell check that is in the program that is on the HAMB . Without that , I don't think anyone could ever know what I am trying to say ! I have seen people get slammed on the main board before and I am the one that will post something to the finger pointer and let them know , Non of us are perfect ! That is why we are all here to help each other out !
To me that is just plain childish !
    Just my opinion .

lanny haas , I have a 55 Ford and I bought a 1966 Mustang 8" rear for mine . Any from the Mustangs till 69 or 70 will work and so will the Maverick rears . I am going to keep mine as a spare if my 55 rear breaks . I am building a 302 with a Comp Thumper cam , heavily reworked 289 heads with bigger valves , Edelbrock intake and a Edelbrock 625 AFB , Pertronix distributor with a C4 . Will be fine for cruising the streets when I want to . Most rears will hold up OK as long as you don't try putting too much torque into the axles trying to break loose wide tires ! That will break a rear quicker than anything or a standard trans .
just have fun and drive it . When it breaks then fix it with another one !

    Hey Trimless... WELCOME!!!!
mine's a 54. but i like the 53's better.. so it's slowly getting some of the 53 mods that i want, and some custom changes too....

good luck with it.... they're just really neat cars and you'll really enjoy the process. . . and the product as you get to different stages where you get to enjoy new things about your ride!!!

Welcome from another 53 Mainline Tudor owner! Just dropped it less than a month ago with Aerostar's in the front and 3" blocks in the back.
