Hey there fellas. Anyone looking to get rid of a trans crossmember and/or driveshaft? Im sure that a setup from a 52' or 53' will fit my application. I'm soo close to getting my 53 Maineline on the road. Already have the flathead and 3 speed trans set in place with all the accessories bolted up. She's just waiting for those 2 pieces to get her one step closer. I would prefer to find something here local in Southern California if possible. Thanks in advance with any leads.
I you don't find a stock crossmember contact Summit and order a Trans-Dapt 4538 univiversal crossmember.I have used those on several swaps just used grade 8 bolts no welding, so if you change your combo later and it needs to be moved you are good to go.
