    'round here we call 'em belt buckles! And I had some on my jockey shift bike when I got pulled over one day and found out the cops don't know a belt buckle from br***knuckles!

    I don't remember anyone actually selling grenade or br*** knuckle shifter knobs. It's always been a do-it-yourself thing. Not that hard to thread a hole in metal afterall.
