I everyone I am new to this group and around 5 years ago my 56 Ford which has been family owned since new was caught in a m***ive hail storm in San Marcos Texas, It has taken awhile but I am getting close to finishing the restoration. 3000 dents were popped out and no bondo! I'm making a few mods such as an Offenhauser Valve cover and dual manifold as well as putting 6=8 headers. Since I wanted to use two gl*** bowl Holly Carbs I had to fab a linkage kit since the Offy one did not work. Here are a few pics of progress.

Welcome to the best group on the HAMB ! You have really done a fantastic job on that 56 ! The red & white is still one of my favorite color next to a blue and white . I like 2 tones a lot !

Good morning, nice to see another '56 Ford in the group. The car is very nice. I like seeing those old Ford sixes.

Love your necker knob in the first pic too. I know. . . it's the small details! :p

    Welcome to the club.

Yeah this was a rust free car except for two small squares on the front fenders. It only has 54K miles on it.
