Here are some photos from when my wagon got plowed into by a drunk driver in 02'. Caution photos may be graphic... The frame didn't get hurt fortunaly, it was hit by a lifted truck and the bumper wasn't on at the time. All sheetmetal damage. And the car was parked on the street at the time.
Ouch , that really hurt ! Glad no one was hurt and metal can be fixed . Did they do anything to the damn drunk driver or just give him a slap on the hand ? Did the insurance cover all the damage or were you screwed out of that too ? So what does the wagon look like today ? Would like to see some pictures of it . Jim
The drunk driver was arrested and insurance paid $10,000 for the car. It was a total, but I bought it back. Currently I have the body off the frame to completely rebuild the car, but that even on hold as I just moved to Colorado for a new job and need to get it out here next summer from my dads in Cali.

One of our members dragonknucks was rearended as you may recall on the way to getting his exhaust done He and His Dad were injured the driver at faults insurance company is giving him the run around first offered him less than $800 for his car, last I heard now they don't want to answer his phone calls,I suggested He find an attorney, hope He gets a good one.
I wasn't driving when it got hit. It was parked on the street. A kid who literally had just turned 21 was leaving a party at 5am his friends had thrown for him . It had been drizzling ,so the ground was damp and he came around the corner and ploud right into it because he was going to fast. Insurance didn't even come out to look at the car, just sent photos of the type of car it was and blue book of it in good condition and they just cut a check.
Wow that really ****s. The insurance I have on my car wouldn't even insure it unless I stated it was in a garage all of the time.
The insurance companies what them in a garage to keep the theft down . Heck if they were kept outside all the time , none of us would have any older cars . They are way to easy to steal ! Jim
