Got the deal worked out for the '41 Pontiac Torpedo I'm gettin'. Here a couple of pics of it. Will be bringing it home to my shop when we get the brakes checked out so I'm not "Skeered" to drive it.

You have any interior shots of it? That is certainly a fantastic example of a bomb! If you're scared to drive it.........I WILL!:D :D

Very neat, I think 41's are very desirable, and the torpedo has to be the best body style.

    Congrats.

In my opinion (whatever that's worth  ) the old Poncho's don't get the proper respect that they deserve. You really cant tell how much "swoop" there is on the back until you see it up close. That thing will look bad*** a lil' bit lower to the ground. It would appear to still be wearing it's original paint, am I correct for ***uming this? Flathead 6, 8 or other ? Manual or Automatic?

    Here's my old Poncho........

Nice find. I picked mine up in November from a fellow Hamber.

To answer some of the qwee-chuns, it's a flattie 6 with 3 speed. Interior is pretty much stock style, mohair redone probably in the 70's. Rust free body, paint was likely redone in the 60's or early 70's. She'll run up and down the road all day long, just doesn't stop too well yet. :D
