thought this might be fun, so aside from your own car that your building, i was curious about the people in this group on what other cars that were built (that is the same year & make as yours) that lit you fire.... It could be a car that influenced you on your build or somehing you just wished you just had, Or a car that you saw at a car show that had you drooling...whatever! Weather if it was from a famouse builder or from a fellow hamber, dont matter.
show us what floats your boat....:D

    mine is gary howards 54

    and fellow hamber screenz 54

i have more, but these 2 are the ones i think mostly about.

Pete Angress' '52. Not really the same car, but without a doubt my favorite '52-4 ford.
When I own a Crown, it'll be the Victorian.

I would like to have the grill from gary howards and the taillights from screenz. Both sick cars.

Dragonknucks: You've already got Gary Howard's grille...it's under the center bullet on your car! The Foose-built ragtop has the same grille, made from the same parts which you already have. Neat, too!

Guess this one! I have this photo in my shop of a car that I don't know who built it or when..... I'd download it but don't know how still.... and it looks real nice! Know the car? I'll get my 11 year old grand daughter to download it.....

While I'd not make my car look anything like it, there's no doubt that the Ray Moore/Pete Angress Victoria has had a profound influence on my appreciation for custom cars, Victorias in particular.

And the Ronnie Dragoo Merc has always done it for me...

...as has this one, though I don't know who owns it. Same general style, though. And no, I would never chop either a Vicky or a Monterey. Never.

There are others...lots of them...but these are the primary players.

THANKS! Everyone Jimmy Vaughn's ride is by far my favorite. Gary Howard emailed me one time asking about my car and said he liked it I was blown away I thought that was the coolest thing ever. Stay tuned it's going in the paint shop today going more "traditonal" as some people say I cant wait!
