today I pulled the body off the stock ch***is, cut the floor out of it and sat it over the new but incomplete frame this will help to determine ride height, rake, postion of rear cross member, steering, motor and transmission location, ladder bars... pretty much everything I'm real pleased with the way it's looking, it's exactly how I envisioned it, channeled but not chopped, fenderless, and motor is going to be ***s! 60's Style
now why would you go and post a thing like that here, having a little attention deficet thingy... it is to bad that there is not a drooling face thingy cause i need it about now...
If that's a Weiand 4-71 blower setup and manifold...I'm all over it...had one. Glad you're not gonna chop it.
You know, I select very carefully which threads I read, as to not spend all of my existence on the HAMB (just about 45% of it ) I saw hte ***le and thought another mockup.. skip.. oh wait, who's the author you don't disappoint sir
Who doesn't like some mock-up pics, especially when it looks good. Anymore unchopped cars look crazier then chopped cars, you get so used to seeing them. Nice work
it's actually all Cragar, manifold, snout, pulleys, on a fresh Littlefield prepped 4-71 thank's to Mutt!
So, your about to bore us with another GREAT build eh . Ok, i've got nothing better to do, carry on. Frank
Thanks Paul, it all looks great. I'd like to see some detailed photos and read your tech text on how you approach the channel job. We west coast guys have done a few chops in our day but still would like to do a channel job before I'm done. Thanks again.
That is looking killer. You should sell me the blower so I can build another car with it!!!! I need to put some mags back on my car for a while
as usual - 60's style makes some nice stuff! I always look forward to your posts! - keep them coming! - kyle
Damn Paul that looks *****in... Hopefully when I get home I will get a chance to make it over to see the progress. My body is over at Ryans getting things smoothed out. I am hoping to get the buick back together this next time I am home so I can start working on the hot rod in the garage instead of my storage. Eric
It's little sparkles of Brilliance like this that make this coal mine worth diggin' through! Rock on, Paul...you've GOT It, Bro!
hi Mike! yes I did, I could have sworn I responded? I haven't tried to contact Doug yet, but I will! thanks!
