My dog has turned for the worst today and he is not eating but a couple pieces of burger and hasn't drank any water all day . He won't even go out now so it looks like tomorrow I am going to have to say good bye to my best little buddy .
It's really getting hard on me now since I really know this is it .
I will try to get back on line sometime this week hopefully but I am not to sure how I am going to be feeling .
Thanks again for all your support in the last month but GOD gave me another month with my best friend so I am very greatfull for that .

    Jim

Very sorry Jim. I know how hard it is when it comes time to say good-bye to a long time friend and companion. Been there myself, twice with a 14 yr old and a 17 yr old. Now we have a 20 month old Chihuahua that has taken our hearts. Our prayers are with you Jim. Hang in there.

I feel for you, find comfort that you had a good friend for a lot of years and he won't be suffering in pain.

Jim, Sorry to hear the news that your little buddy's time is so close. Just be glad you had a little extra time to really spoil him with his favorite treats ( deer treats!). Hopefully your new little buddy will help with the pain. And always remember he will be across the rainbow bridge waiting to hear your voice again. When he does he will be running to greet you. Ken

My little guy is just not going to give up too easy ! He had a bad time that day and I was going to put him down the next day when my wife got home . By about 1pm he was up and running around just like nothing every happened ! It's been over 5 weeks now and he is doing very well since the other weeks problem . I got a refill on his meds and is doing well as can be . He begs and loves his Pepperoni sticks the most so he begs for them all the time . Yea I have a soft spot for him and he gets what he wants pretty much .
The puppy just loves him so much and tries to sleep with him whenever he can . Maybe the puppy has helped him out but who knows ! We know the day is getting closer and closer but we pray and GOD has given us over 5+ weeks of more joy with our little best friend . We are very greatfull for all the support and prayer through all this . He has Cancer and is going to take his life soon one day . But he is like any human that has Cancer and has good days and bad days but is greatfull to be with his family ever day he can !
Thanks to all for all your support and prayers .

    Jim
