It’s with sadness that I say goodbye. I sold Ol' Betty Ford yesterday to a good buddy. I've got this last weekend to cruise her (gotta have some stipulations of the sale ;)) and then she's gone. I have a 64' Coupe Deville also and I just couldn’t swing two projects at once. Not enough time, space and $. I did want to say thank you though to all the people on this group for their help. I think this is the best group on the HAMB I have seen, and I will be p***ing it on to the guy that bought the car. Thanks again for not kicking me in the teeth for asking "stupid questions" and for all the vast and priceless advice and information. I am going to keep this group on my page so I can check in on the progress of some of the other *****in rides on here and who knows, maybe some day another 52-54 may fall in my lap? (Another stipulation of the sale is I get first dibs on buying her back) So thanks again and happy trails.

BTW, Now I need to find a Caddy group, any suggestions? :D

For any person with a wrench in his or her hand, there are no stupid questions. Check back often, you may have another shoe box in your future.

Just because the Ford is going elsewhere, it doesn't mean you have to leave!

I agree ! There is no place that says you have to own the year cars this group is for to be on this group ! We are all here to learn about 1952 to 1956 Fords if we own them or not .
