Well thought it was appropriate since I am in Austin, TX this weekend visiting my mom and thinking about the coming up Roundup. Got so much to do on the roadster, 4 hours away from home and all I can do is think about what needs to be done and watch all the vultures on ebay jacking up all the prices on their days off from work. My Nailhead adaptor is in the town I live in but UPS is closed till Tuesday for the holidays. Oh well Looks like I will start counting again at 94 days. Dont sound as bad when you look at it like that. It aint like I dont have something else to do. The Dirty's will make it though

Im trying like hell to make it. Motor should be together in a week or two. My friend is helping so Im waiting on him.
I will be there in my 56 chevy truck. Just hope that my 31 coupe frame gets here soon so that we (dirty2) can start getting that baby on the road. Will be runing a 283 with a 4spd trans but we will have to see if it can be done by Round up. But like I have heard Dirty's can do miracles! Just hope this does not cost me an arm or leg. HeHeHa Ha
98 days, huh? It looks like Reggie and I are running neck and neck. I'm hoping to have my Model A there as well....it won't be finished, but hopefully it will be driveable. I almost finished one of the motor mounts today, Rusty. I think they were still cardboard templates when you were over here the other day. I still have to finish the passenger side and make the frame tabs for the biscuit mounts. Wish me luck! I'm gonna need it.
I hope everyone has their hotel rooms booked now. I was just in time and got a room across from the Cont. Club. My project is far from being done. I hope I can make it with my 27. Maybe everything will fall into place.
