COE 55 ford f600

can anyone tell me is the cab of a 55 fordf600 the same as a ford f100. I know the fenders are different but are the cabs the same?

 

They are the same , Only difference I have found is the battery box cover size and extra dash holes if air brake truck.

 

so long as you're talking about an F 600 (conventional cab) then yes, identical.
if it's a C 600 (a cabover) then the only significant differences are the radiused lower front corners and doors, and various coe-specific brackets etc.
