hey guys i have a 52 ford customline 2 dr sedan. im almost done with the shaving and body work ( ill post some pictures soon). the belt trim on the drivers side that goes under the quarter window and rear windshield is f'd up. the belt trim is the only trim goin back on the car so i want it to look decent. theres this same piece of trim from a 52 merc on the bay right now, just seeing if this will fit my ford or not? thanks

I doubt it, the Mercs are longer.'52-53 Ford would interchange.Try these two places for older Ford Parts Big M Auto in Nor-Cal (530)473-2225 and Owens Auto Salvage in Texas 1-800-793-2581

I'd ***ume that the beltline trim is the same, as the "cab" of the car is the same. The difference is in the quarter panels and fenders. Can't say without having them in my hands though

I have interchanged beltline and windshield trim from a '54 Mercury onto my '54 Customline. As long as they are both the same body (2dr or 4dr/sedan or hardtop). As Custom Crestline says, the "cab" is the same.
