HI had my stock '54 Chevy radiator rebuilt and the radiator repair shop said it shouldn't have a problem cooling a mild 350 engine. My engine is going behind the cab so cooling the radiator requires the use of an electric fan. I took a chance on an Ebay purchase of a late model TBird 2 speed fan (Same fan on Lincolns) The fan is giantic and is already shrouded up. When I got it SUPRISE! it looks like it was built for this stock radiator. I had to cut off a couple of mounting flanges but they were outside of the shroud. I am told that this fan moves the most air of ANY electric fan I guess we'll see. I think the price with shipping was a tad less than $90. Will try to post a couple of pictures in the next day or two. -Donn-
Donn, That sounds like a real nice combo on the fan/rad... and I have not forgot about your rear bags..leveling valves etc...we have had some dog issues (major) our 100lb rott. has had spine surgery and the wife and I have been hauling her outside in a big red wagon 4-6 times a day...she is parylized from front shoulders back but showing some signs of recovery. What we do for our pets...they become part of the family. Anyway I will get you some part #s soon
Don't sweat it Steffon. I have a lot of work to do as is. I have a couple of ideas on the bags but I will PM you about what I saw. Still trying to move into the shop. In the last 2 days we moved 10 big tool boxes from the ba*****t around to the back of the house and about 30 yards to the shop. Had to empty all the drawers and then re***emble. Sorry to hear about your dog. We have 9 Chihuahuas running around here (Wife raises them) and every one of them are like our kids. We really dote on them so I understand from where you come. -Donn-
