Pre-1960 hot rod movies, good ones?

I know there have been posts on here about good car movies and tv shows, but does anyone have a resource for actual hot rod movies and/or videos that date to the 40's and 50's? Thanks a lot, and Happy Holidays to you all...

I remember ..."Hell Drivers", with Victor Mature...about 1949.

It was about these crazy dump truck drivers....pretty good movie.

Go to Target, and in the dollar section they have a bunch of DVD's for a buck. Usually there are two movies on each. Pick up the movie "The Giant Gila Monster" (The main ***le on the box and of the other movie is the Lost World). The main character drives a 32 Highboy, theres a cool T bucket and a few other cars. They are shown throughout the movie. The movie was made in 1959.
