1952-59 Ford Possible parts car

Hoping to get this today. Waiting for the owner to call back. Someone was going to be looking at it this morning, hoping they don't take it home. Looks like some good parts there, would help my car out a lot...

Looks like a keeper to me.

 

Just got back from checking it out. Not much there really. Dented up roof, rusted through fenders, doors, floors, rockers. Hood was tweaked, maybe fixable. Bumpers were mostly straight but no better than what I have. Basically everything I would want it for was no better than what I have already. Too bad the other guy never showed to look at it, could have saved me the 140 mile round trip. Owner was a nice guy though, had some interesting projects like an Imperial cut into a truck with dually rear and Mustang front fenders grafted on the rear, '62 Cad fins welded on. Not my style but it showed creativity and skill. Should have taken a pic...

 

How cheap was he asking for the 56 ?

$500 for the whole thing. Someone might find useful stuff there but I just couldn't justify dragging it home. Even the interior trim had thick rust on it.
