Damn , I hate to see you sell the 55 . That's a nice hotrod ! Well I am partial to the 55 because I have one too .
Can't you figure a way to keep both of them ?

Trust me i'm sick about it...i'm a small business owner and bills are starting to pile up. I keep going back and forth. Discovery channel "Auction Kings" approached me about putting it on the show. But i would have to set some strict guidelines with them. I have had her up for sale a few times with no bites so maybe she doesn't want to go..:)

Yikes! Up for auction with no reserve is a dangerous proposition. Unless, of course, the show somehow allows a reserve- but I don't recall seeing anything like that on the show.

I'm working with the producer. She's not going up without a reserve.

Nice 55. Oddly I found cars in your price range are harder to sell. I don't know why but have taken a beating on good cars that should sell in that price range and just don't. You may hate me for saying this but a car in that price range should have paint. It widens the buying market.

no your right, shiny paint sells! It does have paint though, it just has a flat clear over it to protect it from chalking and uv rays and give it that look.

It all depends on what you like, check out ebay and you will see 50's Fords going for $$$ with flat and satin paint jobs.

however a 2k paint job on this car would bump it up to the 20k range since everything else is done on it. So..... and im asking wayyy below that. something to ponder. Ill prob just keep her till i go broke.
