1952-59 Ford (new guy) I bought a 54 coupe!

    My wife and I are buying a 54 mainline business coupe off of her brother.
    He started a bunch of work on it but lost interest in it so we got it for the price of parts he put into it. It has a rebuilt 302 (never fired) with a aod the 4 link was half done and I just need to finish welding in the rest of it then get the bags in a plumb it, finish wiring, fuel lines, break lines then weld the trunk back in and replace some floors and it will be on the road!

    Keep up the good work and keep up the pictures too,looks like you have some rust issues to deal with be sure and check that front crossmember.

    The cross member is good I made sure to check that early on. The car came with rocker panels and lower door skin replacements. I work in a shop where I can get sheet metal for half off of retail so I will fab up the floor boards and trunk my self.

    I will be doing the floors in a few weeks and I plan to take ton of pics of every thing I do, I will let you know when I start.
