1952-59 Ford 52 ford customline front hood emblem wings ????

    has anyone ever seen these it must be a dealer option or etc its made to go behind the front hood emblem on the 52 ford customline i just baught there a pop metal i guess and there a set of wings on the front hood and they go on behind the emblem there stamped for the base of the ford hood emblem .??? any anwsers i have pics .

    You could buy those at Western Auto in the '50s. Would fit from '49 through '54. Were pretty popular around where I lived. Along with fender skirts, spots and dual rear antennae.

    oh ok thanks for the info i jsut dint know what to think of them i have looked at 1,000s of pics of 49-54s and i have not seen another set yet on someones car or etc didnt know how rare they was didnt know if they where made by ford as a acc or etc
