1952-59 Ford group use wow

of the 5 groups i subscribe to this is the only one that see regular use I wonder whats up with the others.

 

I was just wondering that myself......

They have it all figured out on the other sites, we are still learning while not trying to Fu@& it up and need support. Just my take

 

Some of the other forums only seem to have activity when someone has a question or problem. There's alot more exchanging of ideas, plans and opinions on this site, which is why I'm in it daily.

This group is one of the reasons I bought a 54...

 

I'm on this site everynight because everyone is friendly and ready to help with any problem you seem to have with your Ford. I've gotten quite a few good tips on here. I also like helping others and I have almost every reference book on 53 Fords and I can look up part nos. and descriptions of most stock parts that people need. So if you have a problem just ask away, because someone on here will be more than glad to help you!

 

I have been here in this group for a long time and there is always a bunch of topics being posted or discussed everyday .
i am also in a bunch of other groups and many I have pulled out of just because no one every tunes in for a discussion .

I look here a couple of times a day just to see if there is anything new, or if there is any new members. Sometimes I even get to add my .02 worth. But of all the sites I visit, this group and the '54 Ford Club of America are the best!

 

I have been very busy and haven't had much computer time.

Since I formed this Group in May of '09 I would have never dreamed we would become one of the largest Social Groups on the HAMB with even more members than the tri-five Chevy's,what makes us so great is all of you members staying active and contributing and sharing information and avoiding the drama found on the main board.In almost three years I have only had to ask three times via pm's that someone tone it down in their posts to which they complied.All of you are what makes this Group so great and I thank you for that more than you can know. And since there is power in numbers if you haven't done so yet please jump on this and take a minute to make your opinion known http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/group.php?do=discuss&group=&discussionid=28895 Since we are such a large Group if you feel there is a demand for a product let's be heard,just like for years Chevy parts were cheap because of demand let us start demanding those Ford parts too.

lots of smart people here who havent minded answering questions no matter how big or small. they do it in a way so as not to belittle you altho i have asked a few questions im sure made someone say to themselves .. wth? and if they did, i appreciate that they didnt let it come out in type.

Everyone knows that there are almost always new topics every single day, great give and take with advice, and NO AT***UDE! I'm still a greenhorn and ask questions that may be common knowledge for most, and you know what, nobody ever says "what a dumb question"- I always get great advice from some really great folks.

Haha, NO she is not convinced yet
