Was gonna get 500.16 for the front and 750. 16 for the rear. Was thinking of going shorter on the rear like a 700. 16 just about a inch shorter. Anyone out there running this combo. I have always ran the 750 and 500 combo and have bever had probs just thought the 700 may look alittle better on a Model A roadster. Pics or input is desired. Thanks

firsto of all I love that pic of your car tommy.

I wish we had an event like that on the west coast.

    back to your request
here are two pics of my car, first I started with 450/16 fronts and 700/16 rear

i later went to 750/16 in the rear to get better highway speeds( i have a flathead with a 39 style 3 speed and banjo rear with 3:78)
it did help by the way.

    good luck on your choice.

    Thanks Redbeard.

Not to highjack this thread but what is the speed secret on that full hood? It sure looks *****in and stock. Is it an extended A?

I like the look of the Firestone 7.50 in the back myself they seem to fill in the radius where the fenders used to go better then 7.00 do. As for fronts I'm partial to Firestone dirt tracks, Kind of expensive but real cool!

Rusty, I'm lookin' at the 450/700 combo on my 17's. I can dig that rake on Redbeards ride. I went to Wallace Wades to check out the tires, anything there I should know about?
