Help me identify this Glove-Box Door !

I'm hand fabricating a dash for my "A" bobbed-Sedan project, and I came across this glove-box door at a swap meet. I'm trying to figure out a hinge that will properly work, and I thought if I could identify the door, it would help in the search.
The door is 13 1/2" in length, and 5 3/8" in height in the center over the lock/latch.
Their are no identifying marks anywhere.

It looks like and measures out the same as my 37 Chevy pickup,but the latch is from a 37 Chevy car. Is the top of the door curved or does the picture just make it look that way?
A 37 truck door is curved on the top and a car door is straight...

 

Either way I might have a hinge,I will have to do some digging. If I can find it it's yours....

The door is 37 truck but the latch is 37 car,this is the door in my truck.
I will dig out the hinge this weekend,PM me with your address...

If you want a glove box,you must wear gloves,and if you wear gloves,how do you pick your nose?

 

Also go look at the tail gate on your pickup.
