Here ya go. Just save the pic, and upload it as your avatar.

Hah dont worry its not too hard. Heres what you do.

1. Right Click on the picture, and click save as.
2. Save it on your C:\ drive, and remember the name of the picture.
3. Go to the USER CP on this website, its located on the top of the header.4
4. On the left, click on Edit Avatar.
5. Click on Use Custom Avatar, and then the browse ****on.
6. Find the image file, and click save changes, and your done!

 

You lost me at Hah. I'm tellin ya Boss, i'm a ****ing ***** when it comes to this ****. When i right click the pic it doesn't give me the things you list.

 

hold control key, click, save as or save link target as, remember the name. upload under user cp

 

torque wrench, roller cam, volumetric efficiency=no problem. Click, hold, save, link target.......HUH, what, you lost me!

do you have any friends on here you trust with your account,so that they can add the avatar for your? It takes like 5 seconds to do.

 

you said right click and save as? Save as WHAT????????? There are choices when i right click

 

You're leaving something out!!!

 

with your mouse. move the little pointer thingie over the picture. and with your mouse click the right {P***ENGERS SIDE} ****on. that may be the part your missing just trying to help

 

OH BOY, am i on a frequency that no one else can hear? When i right click the dam thing it gives SEVERAL options. Which OPTION do i choose at this point? Thank god Denise feels my pain and helped me in less than 30 seconds. I'd prefer you ignore me rather than give me fragments of info.

 

avitars have to be a perfect square...80X80 pixels or they get distorted to fit the 80X80. they also have to be 7kb or less. here is an avitar picture that will work for you.

 

I DON'T know what comes BEFORE or AFTER this picture you offer. I LITERALLY need "ALL" "ALL" "ALL" the steps to post a pic. Thanks, but again you're giving me only FRAGMENTS of info. Let's forget it.

1. find "user cp" located on the top of the page - click it

2. click on edit avatar

3. click " browse" under " upload avatar from your computer"

4. find the picture you want to use as an avatar and update...if it works your good to go...if it doesn't...your picture is too big...try again... the picture i posted should work.

not to be dumb er anything...but I have made many attempts with Avatars...with no LUCK!

tryed to host one with Photobucket...and get a message of picture being too big on here. (STRANGE?)

made a picture that was 80 x 80 (but may too larg of a file) yikes!
maybe I am not meant to have one
